Founded in 2017, MISSIO is an affordable luxury hair product company with a mission: to restore value and worth to trafficking survivors. The experiences of stylist Lorin Van Zandt serving women who had been exploited, along with her husband Kyle's desire to fight this injustice, led them to create luxury hair products with a greater purpose. MISSIO offers vitamin-rich, healthy hair care, formulated without sulfates, parabens or phthalates, leaving hair shiner, softer and stronger than ever. In addition, every product purchase supports the mission lived out at MISSIO Studio Salon in Wilmington, NC. There, women in recovery from human trafficking are pampered weekly, at no cost. These free hair & spa treatments refresh their spirits, allow their minds and bodies to rest, boost their confidence and remind them of their God-given worth.
