Return Policy

01— Refunds

We want you to love your product, so we offer refunds on orders up to 30 days after original purchase. The customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping cost, and the refund will not be issued until received by MISSIO Hair. Rather than the unused product going to waste, we pass it on to our friends who are in emergency or transitional shelters. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We are happy to exchange any product that is defective or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse orders and refunds to anybody who is abusing this service. 02— Exchanges

We will gladly replace items if the packaging is defective or damaged upon arrival. Photo evidence of damaged or defective packaging is required for approval. If you have question or request an exchange, please send us an email with pictures of damaged or defective product at team@missiohair.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
